The Oticon CROS family gives you a new level of fitting freedom to create a fuller, more immersive sound experience for your patients.

•  Can be used as either a CROS or BiCROS fitting
•  Choice of a rechargeable Oticon CROS PX miniRITE R or non-⁠rechargeable Oticon CROS miniRITE T transmitter
•  Compatible with the following product families: Oticon Intent™, Oticon Real™, More™,  Zircon, Opn S™, Play PX, Opn Play™, Xceed, Xceed Play, and Ruby*
•  Available in seven colors

TwinLink™ dual-streaming. An industry first.

The Oticon CROS family is the world’s first CROS/BiCROS solution offering TwinLink technology. TwinLink makes it possible to connect to external audio sources via 2.4 GHz Bluetooth® Low Energy, while simultaneously receiving sound transmission via Near-Field Magnetic Induction (NFMI) from the poorer to the better ear. This enables patients to watch television or listen to music while carrying on a conversation with someone positioned on their poorer ear side.

Oticon CROS delivers a 50% improvement in speech awareness

Results of a recent Oticon CROS dual streaming study showed a 50% average improvement in speech awareness in the environment while streaming from an external source and also transmitting sound from the poorer ear to the better ear.* Participants in the study listened to news stories through ConnectClip with the Oticon CROS transmitter turned on and off. When the transmitter was on, participants were 50% more aware of the spoken words in the environment.
