    Gary Rosenblum

    President, Oticon


    Gary is responsible for driving Oticon’s innovation, leadership and commercial excellence in the US. Prior to joining Oticon, Gary managed medical device and consumer healthcare businesses for companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. Gary formerly served as Chairman for the Hearing Industries Association. He holds an MBA  from Cornell University and a BA from Washington University.

    Ed Braun

    Vice President, Managed Care


    Ed has more than 30 years of experience in management, sales, managed care and business development, primarily in the hearing health care and medical device industry. Ed holds a BS in Economics and Political Science from University of Wisconsin and has completed extensive strategic and leadership training at both Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

    Jim Kelly

    Vice President/General Manager, Oticon Independent Sales


    Jim has over 20 years experience leading successful teams and driving organizational excellence with a focus in the medical device industry with companies such as Medtronic and C.R. Bard. Jim has a patient‑focused approach that aligns to Demant’s purpose of delivering life-changing hearing health. He holds a BS degree from Shippensburg University.

    Mike Marcinek

    Vice President, Government Services


    Mike brings a wealth of experience in building and leading high-performance teams within the medical device industry. Previously, Mike was the Vice President, Government and Strategic Accounts with Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare and Vice President, Sales and Marketing with Coviden. Much of his career has been focused on developing innovative ways to grow sustainable business in highly competitive markets.

    Roger McGuire

    Vice President, Business Development & Managed Care


    Roger McGuire is responsible for new channel development including Managed Care at Oticon. In his nearly 30 year career in the hearing care industry, Roger has focused primarily on the private practitioner. He has led successful sales organizations, worked in the merger and acquisition space, and provided finance and consulting services to hearing health professionals across the United States. He holds a BA degree from Lewis & Clark College.

    Josephine Poelma

    Vice President, Learning & Development


    Josephine leads the Oticon learning and development team to create best-in-class learning solutions and events for Oticon customers and employees. She also heads up Oticon’s Project Management Office. Prior to Oticon, Josephine led the shared services learning team at a Fortune 500 real estate company, where she was responsible for supporting large-scale product rollout and adoption through end-user training for national real estate brands. Josephine holds a master of science in instructional and performance technology from Boise State University, and a bachelor of business administration from the National University of Singapore. She is a certified project management professional.

    Virginia Ramachandran, AuD, PhD

    Head of Audiology


    Virginia Ramachandran had 10 years of experience at a major health care system as a clinical audiologist and researcher prior to joining Oticon. She is an author, editor and educator. Dr. Ramachandran is currently the President of the American Academy of Audiology.

    Jesse Shultis has held leadership and executive level roles for both startup and Fortune 50 companies, with responsibilities in operations, digital transformation, customer experience and technology management. He specializes in leading and executing large-scale transformational organizational efforts, focusing on the simplification of business processes and customer experiences.

    Jacob brings 10+ years of experience with global medical device companies. As Commercial Director for Demant, he worked with key markets to achieve commercial objectives and collaborated with local teams to drive sales & marketing excellence. Prior to Demant, Jacob worked for Atos Medical where he directed digital and marketing strategy.
