2025 Focus on People Awards

The Oticon Focus on People Awards celebrate the extraordinary individuals who are breaking barriers, reshaping perceptions and creating opportunities for people with hearing loss. For more than 25 years, this program has honored hundreds of people who prove that hearing loss is not a limitation and who inspire others to reconsider how they think about and approach hearing loss within their communities.

This year, we honor three outstanding individuals for their achievements and contributions that empower others and create a better world for all. As 2025 award winners, each of our champions will receive a $2,500 prize, a $1,000 donation from Oticon to the not-for-profit organization of their choice and a set of Oticon hearing aids with BrainHearing™ technology.
