Government Services training opportunities
Oticon conducts Government Services trainings across the country and throughout the year to meet your travel needs and availability. Our staff is available for individual or group training sessions at your facility for audiologists, students and technicians. We constantly improve our technology and work toward being the easiest partner for you to work with.

We are happy to announce that the following changes have been implemented based on input provided at seminars and meetings:
- Updated packaging with less cardboard waste
- All Government Services hearing aids and SmartChargers are shipped with greater battery charge
- During the preprogramming process, volume control is turned on for all Government Services hearing aids
- Simplified earmold ordering process and ongoing earmold enhancements
