Do I have a Username or Login ID?


First, click on the Forgot Password? button and enter your login email to get a “Set My Password” email sent to your login email address. The email is sent immediately. If the email does not arrive soon, please search in your email box for do-not-reply@oticon.com in case it went to your spam folder. Confirm that emails from do-not-reply@oticon.com are ‘trusted’ or ‘allowed’ by your system and repeat steps. If the email is ‘trusted’ and still does not arrive, please contact Customer Service at helpwithmyoticon@oticon.com for assistance.


What if I forgot my password?

What if I got an invalid Login ID or password message?


First, check to make sure that you entered the email address you use to login to MyOticon. Next, click on the Forgot Password? button and enter your email to get a “Set My Password” email sent to your login email address. The email is sent immediately. If the email does not arrive soon, please search in your email box for do-not-reply@oticon.com in case it went to your spam folder. Confirm that emails from do-not-reply@oticon.com are ‘trusted’ or ‘allowed’ by your system and repeat steps. If you still do not receive this email, please email customer service at helpwithmyoticon@oticon.com for assistance.


What if I have not received an email to reset my MyOticon password?


If you cannot find your MyOticon email that includes the new URL and login information, please search in your email box for do-not-reply@oticon.com in case it went to your spam folder. If you have never received this email, please email customer service at helpwithmyoticon@oticon.com for assistance.

Your new login credentials are active for 72 hours from the time you received your activation email. If 72 hours have passed, you can still click the link and enter your email address. A new email will be sent to you with new credentials. Again, this email will be coming from do-not-reply@oticon.com.
