The Demant Care Community employee resource group (ERG) proudly partnered with United Way of New Jersey for its impactful Tools for School initiative, helping equip over 13,000 students with the supplies they need to thrive in the classroom. United Way is the world's largest nonprofit, with more than 2.6 million volunteers, 9.6 million donors, and more than $5 billion raised annually worldwide.

This year, the ERG packed 50 backpacks filled with essential school supplies, ensuring local children start the academic year with confidence. In addition to assembling backpacks, employees across Demant and Oticon contributed generously through in-person and online donations, all coordinated from the Somerset headquarters.

Supporting education and empowering young learners is a cause close to the heart of the Demant team. Through this collaboration, employees were able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students throughout the community.
