If you are a Ponto™ bone anchored hearing system provider, you can contact your Oticon Medical representative or Oticon Medical Auditory Technical Services at audiologysupport@oticonmedical.com or at 888-277-8014 option #4 for current software links.

Please note: Genie programming software is only available to hearing care professionals. Patients should contact their HCP for assistance with any programming needs.
