The Demant Care Community employee resource group (ERG) is grateful to have been a part of the United Way of NJ's Tools for School initiative. This great program provides over 13,000 students in need with the necessary tools for their educational journey. This year, the ERG assembled 50 backpacks stocked with essential supplies for the new school year. Additionally, the team gathered a variety of donations at the Somerset HQ and online, with contributions from employees throughout Demant and Oticon. The Demant team is honored to contribute to this esteemed cause, aiding local students in their academic endeavors.
