Ensure you have the latest version of the Oticon Companion app.

Pair your hearing aids with your phone or device
Once you've downloaded the Oticon Companion app, you need to pair your hearing aids with your device.

To access troubleshooting, tap More on the tab bar at the bottom of the app screen.
