Hi-tech design

Spatial Sound
Binaurally fitted Dual works as one central processing unit to preserve the timing and intensity differences so essential to accurate localisation. The instruments share the task of compression, and coordinate the automatic features to deliver an accurate picture for the brain to process.
RISE
Dual is based on Oticon’s RISE technology which ensures ultra fast audio processing and superior, undistorted sound quality in all listening environments.
Full Connectivity and Remote Function
With the optional Oticon Streamer, Dual offers a wide range of connectivity options to Bluetooth-enabled technologies such as phones and TV-boxes. The Oticon Streamer can also be used to switch programs in the hearing device and adjust the volume.
Advanced Feedback Control
Dual uses Oticon’s most advanced feedback cancellation system (DFC2). This highly effective feature eliminates feedback in almost every situation.
Moisture and Wax Protection
Dual is treated with a moisture-repelling nano-coating that prevents corrosion, and the receiver benefits from a double layer of wax filters.
Battery Life
Dual’s optimised RISE technology yields up to 160 hours of battery life from a standard 312 battery.
